Cameron's Britain
We are now into the long run up to the election in May 2015 and it the time that Government will tell you anything to get your votes, so I thought it would good to look at the real state of "Cameron's Britain" and what 4 years of his rule has done to the country. So over the months until the election I thought to keep the blog going I would start a series of posts about Britain today.
Politicians know we all have a short term memory when it comes to politics and many of the UK electorate either vote on party lines or are politically apathetic and don't vote at all. The voters that matter come the election are those that can think and base their judgements on the record of the past, and because of this parties in government will spin stories about you never having it so good, but they will be at best stretching the truth and at worse lying. They will cover up and refuse to talk about the real issues that face the country and tell you all the good news while hiding the bad, and when they are not doing that they will blame everyone else accept from themselves.
The first one of the series,"Cameron's Britain", will be later this month, and the subject I have picked will be food poverty in the UK. Others will follow on topical items that appear in the news or have appeared in the news over the last few years. Hopefully they will be monthly at the end of each month until the end of April next year.
