How TV Ruined Your Life

In the classic tradition of BBC television the show "How TV Ruined Your Life" is Satirical look at what television has done to the fabric of British Life over the years. Billed as a six part comedy series it is more than a funny commentary of of what television has done to us being a intelligent analysis of the subject. Behind the simple comedy there is something that is thought provoking that makes the program essential viewing.

The programme is fronted by Charlie Brooker who is a British journalist, comic writer and broadcaster who is known for his savage and profane humour. This makes him an idea choice to front such a programmes as this with his well thought out monologues interspersed with comedy sketches and archived footage. It really is a must view and is being shown on BBC2 on Saturday Night and repeated BBC4 later in the week, and if that is not enough chances to view this wonderful programme you can always watch it again on BBC iPlayer.
