So Frustrating

This is so frustrating, I have something important to sort out and the BT home phone had decided it only wants to receive text messages when it feels like it.

Normally this wouldn't be a problem but when it is the only way you communicate with someone that ignores emails and any other form of communication then it is a right royal pain. Having done all the checks my end BT tell me they have an engineer on to it but they didn't say when it will be fixed. Lets hope it is soon.
