Lucy Retunrs

Today Lucy returned to Rutland for eight sleeps, as she puts it and after over a month of not seeing her or hearing from her it has just been amazing to be with her again and have her home.

We just had a quiet day watching films together and generally playing around the house, mainly due to the weather, that could be best described as showery.  It wasn't that we didn't want to go out, more that every time the sun came out a dark cloud was looming to make sure we would have got wet. In some ways it was just nice to spend time around the house and we enjoyed ourselves and that is all that matters.  

Tomorrow Lucy will be reunited with her big sisters and then the fun really begins, but having said that, the fact I hadn't seen her for so long made just being with her today rather special.
