With Christmas well and truly out of the way and the decorations taken down it is that time of the year when dancing on ice returns to our screens. The shows starts tonight on ITV 1 at six thirty in the evening.
A firm favourite with families all over the country and this family is no exception. We all love the show and have been watching it for a years now. It is just a nice show that you can all sit down to and enjoy together, and being a celebrity based show you always know someone in it from somewhere. There have been some great shows over recent years and I hope that this one will live up to those of the past.

I was really surprised at how very good Christine Bleakley was. She looked absolutely lovely (so good not be gazing at huge expanses of bosom!!). She also handled the presenting job with Philip Schofield really well. Liked the new panel too - good to have someone in Emma Bunton's place who actually knows what she is talking about.
I really enjoyed the opening show this year and the new judging panel look like they will do a good job. Just a shame that the worse skater didn't get voted off, but just a general thing you have to accept with a show like this.
