Sorry if there is a delay on getting posts up and finished in the last few day of so. It would appear that there is a lot of maintenance work going on at Blogger. The pervious maintenance release went wrong today in some way and they are having to roll back to the last known working maintenance revision taking some of the posts of the last 48 hours with it, although these will be restored we are promised.
Here is the statement that came from the people at google:
We are very sorry that users are unable to publish to Blogger right now. We have rolled back the maintenance release from last night and as a result, posts and comments from all users made after 7:37 am PDT on May 11, 2011 have been removed. Again, we apologize that this happened and our engineers are working hard to return Blogger to normal and restore your posts and comments. We will post a report once this work is complete.
There was talk that it was due to the upgrade but that isn't the case. All day blogger has been up and down. I just hope they get the work done soon. I really don't like getting behind and last tuesdays post is still waiting to be transformed from the notes stage to a full blown post.
