Returning Visitor

On a summers evening around this time of year there is sometimes a blast from the past. A returning visitor, the Virgin Atlantic hot air balloon that sails silently over the county. 

It such a fine sight in the sky but often flying at dusk it is hard to photograph especially today when the cloud rolled in and made for a light mist. In photographic terms this is guaranteed to mess up the contrast of your photograph. It was a shame it didn't appear earlier in the day I would have loved to spotted it while Lucy was here. She would have loved it.
