Amazing
It has just been an amazing day weather wise for the time of the year. It was sunny for most of the day and the temperatures in East Midlands reached an amazing sixteen degrees in the middle of the afternoon. Not bad for a day towards the end of March.
As i was travelling towards Burley in Rutland on the way to the supermarket there was the most amazing sunset. A red yellow ball of flame sinking slowly in the sky and turning it a most amazing shade of orange. It truly was a remarkable sight.
As if that wasn't enough, again on the way to Oakham late in the evening I stopped to watch a red/orange fireball streak across the sky. It was travelling from the south to the north at the speed of an aeroplane but made no noise at all. It was a spectacular sight until it faded into nothingness.
It on days like this it is good to be alive despite all your troubles and concerns. I hope the promise of the sunset brings us all another amazing day tomorrow and that you can all get out and enjoy it at some point in your day.
