Dancing on Ice (Final)
Tonight saw the final of Dancing on Ice 2011, and what a final it turned out to be. Thankfully given the way the public vote these days we managed to retain the some of the best skaters to the end including the best two. These made it through the final elimination to skate the final dance.
For me Sam Attwater and Laura Hamilton were the correct two to make it to the final dance. Throughout the run of the show they both showed how good they were battling it out for the top spot almost every week. Sam Attwater first dance was amazing as was Laura's second dance, but when it came to the final dance Sam won hands down and deserved to win the competition. The whole routine was so more well rounded and put together it couldn't fail to impress. It was just the moment to pull out a show stopper and that is what he did.
As always Dancing on Ice has left me wanting more and more is what we are going to get next year. Thankfully the ITV has faith in the show and it will be returning next winter to brighten up our Sunday evenings and I must say after this year I will be looking forward to watching it after Christmas.
