We were passing the canal and we spotted that the swans have returned. I had seen a pair flying around the area a few days earlier I was hoping it was the same pair that spent the summer in Langham last year. It seems my hopes have been realised.
It is going to be great taking the children to see them and the young signets again. It is such a lovely spot on a summer afternoon and a great place to walk and just taking in the country air. Hopefully if the long range weather forecast holds out then we can take Lucy to see them on friday.
